Combination of management fee and performance fee
• Management fee and performance fee, which is subject to a high water mark, will be set according to amount of the investments.
• Management fee and performance fee will be charged to your account proportionally at the end of each quarter.
• Trade, transport, insurance and storage costs will be charged to the customer separately.
